Assistant / Receptionist
We are currently looking for an Information And Advice Assistant / Receptionist
- Hours: 12 hours per week to be worked 4 hours each day over Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays. 09:30 – 13.30. Extra hours when cover is required.
- Salary: £7693.92 pa (reviewed annually)
- Probationary Period: 3 months
Job Description
Working on our busy Reception desk in our main office, taking telephone calls and face to face enquiries for all our Services.
Working with our Information and Advice Service, assisting the Coordinator and Advisor with enquiries (including benefit enquiries) to make outreach and home visits when required to help ensure the service is client-focused and of a high standard.
Some knowledge of benefits would be desirable but non-essential as training will be given.
Ability to use a computer, email, telephone and internet essential.
