Our objective is to deliver services that resonate with our beneficiaries’ needs and expectations. Our aims include:
- Promoting engagement and social connections among the older population.
- Communicating the needs of the older population to local authorities.
- Encouraging the older population to participate in community initiatives.
We are devoted to enhancing life in later years by:
- Reducing isolation.
- Assisting the older population in staying autonomous.
- Providing practical advice to empower the older population in making choices about their lives.
We are committed to ensuring that the older population have access to comprehensive services and we actively establish partnerships to:
- Guarantee access to necessary services.
- Offer and receive support for worthwhile local projects.
- Exchange information and best practices to ensure we deliver optimal services safely and effectively.
Quality is at the forefront of our service delivery, and we continuously seek feedback from our beneficiaries to improve and develop our services.
Our charity is overseen by a board of local volunteer trustees and managed by a CEO. Our success is attributed to our staff and volunteers. We are funded through our charity shops, contributions for some activities, donations, legacies, grants, and other fundraising efforts, without reliance on government funding.
